2.1. Personal Information You Disclose to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on the platform, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, acting as a third-party logistics provider (3PL) or a brand, or otherwise contacting us.

• Identifiers: Name, phone number, physical address, email address, job title, and company name.
• Credentials: Passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
• Financial Data: Bank account details, billing address, or tax forms (e.g., W-9) collected securely via our payment partners (Stripe/PayPal/Xendit) solely for facilitating transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Business Documents: RFQs, contracts, insurance certificates, standard operating procedures, and business licenses uploaded to the platform.

2.2. Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the platform. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our platform for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage user accounts and maintain our platform's security (including rate limiting and monitoring for fraud).
• To fulfill and manage orders/RFQs. We use your information to fulfill and manage your Requests for Quotations, quotes, contracts, and success fees made through the platform.
• To facilitate matchmaking. We analyze requirements and capabilities to accurately match Brands with 3PL providers.
• To send administrative information to you (e.g., emails about platform changes, security alerts, or terms and conditions).

4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

• Platform Activity: When a Brand submits an RFQ, relevant operational data is shared with matched 3PL Providers.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Stripe/Xendit for payment processing, Resend for email delivery).
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where legally required to do so.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances.

• Right to Access: You can download a copy of your personal data from your account settings.
• Right to Erasure: You can request account deletion. Note that we may retain certain operational data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your profile information directly through the platform.
